Your Gift in Action

Your gift to CFSA makes a lasting impact on local food systems across the Carolinas. Here’s how your gift helps:

The guidance that we’ve gotten from the people at CFSA has been phenomenal. We got HGAP certified. We’re working on the CAP138 plan now. And all of this wouldn’t have been possible if we weren’t working with you.

Donor FAQs

CFSA’s support of farmers, food councils, food hubs, and fair food and farm policies helps increase the food security of communities across the Carolinas. Our produce donation program at Lomax Farm provides thousands of pounds of locally grown food to Concord-area community outreach organizations while our FarmsSHARE program provides a free box of locally-grown produce and protein sourced from small, sustainable farms to households in need. FarmsSHARE strengthens our regional food system by sourcing only from local farms and food hubs, which invests money back into our local food economy.
