The Board of Directors is pleased to invite CFSA Members to its virtual Annual Meeting. During the CFSA Annual Meeting, the association’s year-in-review is presented by the Board of Directors and staff. The Executive Director details this year’s challenges and successes and provides a forecast of next year’s goals. Finally, new board candidates are introduced to membership for a vote.
Joining the Meeting:
Members will receive an invitation email with a link to register for the meeting, presented on Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with unique Zoom link, phone dial-in options, and reminder emails.

Casting Your Vote:
Members with an email address on file will receive an electronic ballot on Nov. 14. Voting will remain open until Nov. 30 at 11:59PM. Members without an email address on file will be mailed a ballot and return envelope in early November. Returned ballots should be postmarked by Nov. 30. If you have an email address but still prefer a paper ballot, let us know by Oct. 15 (your membership must be active on Nov. 30 to receive a mailed ballot). Ballots are extended to the primary contact on a membership only.
