Join CFSA and NCSU for an on-farm workshop at Second Wind Perennial Farm to learn about food safety and regulatory considerations for growing, processing, and selling herbal products. The focus will be on food products like teas, spices, and syrups. This interactive workshop will include a tour of the farm’s growing and processing areas.

Up to ten participants will receive a $100 cost-share voucher for process authority review for an herbal product of their choice.
