Join Phoebe and Hector for an interactive farm tour to hear how they have used permaculture strategies to create their urban farm, viewing the farm as a whole ecosystem, which guides their design principles and decisions. They share the design process for their composting toilet, terraces, bee hives, mobile chicken coops, high tunnels, and more. Participants learn how they are increasing agritourism on the farm for greater profitability, diving deeper into the financial costs of building the infrastructure on the farm and their plans for the future.
