Farm Services

We provide technical consulting services to help farmers use sustainable and organic production practices and get GAPs certified.

CFSA has expanded our programming and staff support for farmers as part of our flagship Organic Carolinas Initiative.  The goal of this initiative is to build on regional assets and successes to establish a world-class organics industry in the Carolinas, and double the size of the organics sector in the region by 2020.

Our programming includes:

High Tunnel Consulting

high tunnel

High tunnels can be a profitable addition to many farms. With high tunnels you can start growing sooner, shorten days to harvest, and extend the harvest season into the winter months.

Although high tunnels offer new opportunities, efficient and sustainable management can be difficult to achieve. CFSA now has a technical service provider on staff who can help you find success growing in a high tunnel.
