How You Can Help Carolina Farms and Food
There are so many ways you can get involved in supporting local food and organic farms in North and South Carolina.
Whether it’s voting with your fork, pledging your time or dollars, or diving in deeper with what CFSA does, here are several ways to dig in.
- Become a member and add your voice to advocate for fair farm and food policies.
- Donate to support the work of CFSA so we can expand the adoption of responsible agricultural practices and build a secure, inclusive and accessible food system.
- Join a food council and play a role in giving voice to local communities.
Operating as a remote team means that we don`t always have the opportunity to occupy the same space as our coworkers. This last week the Local Foods Team found their "Watercooler."
Jay, Lenwood, Sara, Karen, Cassidy and Emily (who is the brand new #FarmsSHARE Faith Community Organizer) had a great day planning and strategizing while also visiting the amazing @feedandseedsc and @swamprabbitcafe
