PLEASE NOTE: All participants should bring a laptop and charger. You must have attended a Navigating the GAP Audit Workshop to attend this workshop. 

North Carolina State University and North Carolina Cooperative Extension are partnering with Carolina Farm Stewardship Association (CFSA) and other partners to deliver workshops across the state with the aim of providing farmers with the tools to reduce food safety risks and meet market requirements.

The Writing a Food Safety Plan workshop will combine an overview of the necessary components of an on-farm food safety plan as well as one-on-one assistance writing the plan during the workshop.
