Job Description

This position oversees all areas of the farm and ensures production goals are met across our farm categories (mushrooms, flowers & wellness). Previous managerial and farm experience a plus. Must be goal & detail oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and prioritize projects for the team. Must enjoy being part of a fun & supportive team and lead others with a positive attitude. Opportunity for salaried position with the ability for promotion and benefits, including paid vacation, bonus potential & health care. Full time, year-round work at 30+ hours per week. On-farm housing opportunity available for the right fit.

Qualifications:

• Physically must be able to lift 50 lbs, get in and out of vehicles and farm equipment easily and have the ability to work in inclement weather.
• Must be able to work in the US and on-site at the farm.
• Must have a clear driving & criminal record.
• College preferred, High School diploma required.
